Most sessions run 50 minutes and fall between £130 and £250, depending on clinician and format. We’ll confirm your exact fee on your free introductory conversation, before you’ve committed to anything. There is no package and no minimum commitment. We agree the plan together after the first assessment, and you are free to stop at any point.
This range applies to individually arranged, self-pay work. If you are being referred through a case manager or as part of a litigation-funded claim, fees are agreed separately for that referral; see For Referrers.
If you’re using health insurance
Bupa
AXA
WPA
Your clinician holds recognition with Bupa, AXA, and WPA individually, and can bill them directly on your behalf, in the same way you’d expect from any recognised provider. Most insurers ask you to obtain authorisation and a claim number before your first session; your clinician can guide you through this if you’re unsure how it works.
If your cover is through a different insurer, that doesn’t automatically rule us out. Let us know when you get in touch, and we’ll confirm whether your clinician can seek recognition with them. Either way, details such as session limits, excess, and pre-authorisation requirements vary by policy, so it’s worth checking these specifics with your insurer directly before we begin.
